These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Palmetto Pickleball's leagues, events, app, website, and SMS messaging program. By registering for a league or event, or by opting in to SMS updates, you agree to these terms.
Registration for Palmetto Pickleball leagues and events (including the Flex League, Mixer, and Up and Down the River) is subject to entry fees, division rules, and schedules as described in the app at the time of registration. Entry fees and payout structures are described in the app and are subject to change between seasons.
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Palmetto Pickleball related to league match scheduling, game coordination, league announcements, and registration confirmations.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with good sportsmanship during all league matches and events. Palmetto Pickleball reserves the right to remove any player or team from a league or event for conduct that violates fair play or disrupts other participants.
Cash payouts described in the app (including tournament prizes, Complete First bonuses, and event payouts) are calculated based on actual registration and are distributed at the end of the applicable season or event as described in the app.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in leagues or events, or continued opt-in to SMS messaging, after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
